Welcome to Interpersonnel (HR) Ltd.


Like all organisations, we have had to adapt to different ways of working.  Where face-to-face meetings are taking place, we ensure that the Government's guidance on social distancing, hand-washing et al, are followed.

Other meetings, development programmes including our Pop-up Powerhours (TM) are being held/delivered via Zoom. This is working extremely well and all development programmes can now be delivered virtually.  


Interpersonnel is a human resource consultancy specialising in people management, learning and development.  Our values of honesty and integrity are at the heart of all our client-based work, and these are supported by our mission 'to enable organisations to develop a workforce that can contribute to its success through: policies that are law abiding, procedures that encourage and motivate staff, learning and development that gives staff the tools they need to perform.'

All work is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Pop-Up Powerhours (TM) are a great option for  virtual learning in this 'new norm' world. Run on Zoom, these short/sharp workshops are a great way to train people virtually.  Tailored to the client's needs, they are run with the support of Playbooks and virtual Zoom sessions. 

2020 has prooved and interesting year and we have dealt and delivered:

  • Covid-19 enquiries
  • Virtual Pop-up Powerhours (TM)
  • Development and running of a leadership and management  programmes run on Zoom
  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Dealing with staff issues: long-term absence; poor performance; long-Covid health issues 
  • Certificate programme for the CIPD.
This year. we also submitted a piece for 'The Parliamentary Review', a prestigious publication that helps raise standards by showcasing best practice in particular areas.  Due to Covid-19, publication has been pushed-back to 2021.

We have a wealth of experience and as well as working in the UK, have worked in France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Denmark and Malta.
