Welcome to Interpersonnel (HR) Ltd.

COVID-19

Like all organisations, we have had to adapt to different ways of working.  Where face-to-face meetings are taking place, we ensure that the Government's guidance on social distancing, hand-washing et al, are followed.

Other meetings, development programmes including our Pop-up Powerhours (TM) are being held/delivered via Zoom. This is working extremely well and all development programmes can now be delivered virtually.  

THE BUSINESS

Interpersonnel is a human resource consultancy specialising in HR, learning and development.  Our values of honesty and integrity are at the heart of all our client-based work, and these are supported by our mission 'to enable organisations to develop a workforce that can contribute to its success through: policies that are law abiding, procedures that encourage and motivate staff, learning and development that gives staff the tools they need to perform.'

  • Learning & development (L&D) including at senior team and board level

  • Pop-up Powerhours (TM).
All work is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Pop-Up Powerhours (TM) are still a great option for quick, high volume training: these short, sharp workshops are a great way to update people quickly and are fun and interactive. Tailored to the client's needs, topics can be those of the client. We are are always looking at different ways to give a great service to clients through our expanding portfolio of products. These can be run virtually.

 Already 2020 is proving interesting with different client projects including:

  • Covid-19 enquiries
  • Virtual Pop-up Powerhours (TM)
  • Management development programmes (virtual delivery)
  • strategic workforce planning
  • dealing with disciplinary issues
  • dealing with long-term sickness and
  • development programmes for clients.
This year. we have been asked to submit a piece for 'The Parliamentary Review', a prestigious publication that helps raise standards by showcasing best practice in particular areas.  Due to Covid-19, publication has been pushed-back to 2021.

We have a wealth of experience and as well as working in the UK, have recently carried out work in France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and Malta. 

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force in May 2018 increasing the onus on employers to ensure compliance, and with more responsibility for a third party breach. Please click here or view our Privacy Notice below.
