Welcome to Interpersonnel (HR) Ltd.
COVID-19
Like all organisations, we have had to adapt to different ways of working. Where face-to-face meetings are taking place, we ensure that the Government's guidance on social distancing, hand-washing et al, are followed.
Other meetings, development programmes including our Pop-up Powerhours (TM) are being held/delivered via Zoom. This is working extremely well and all development programmes can now be delivered virtually.

All work is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.
Pop-Up Powerhours (TM) are a great option for virtual learning in this 'new norm' world. Run on Zoom, these short/sharp workshops are a great way to train people virtually. Tailored to the client's needs, they are run with the support of Playbooks and virtual Zoom sessions.
2021, so far, is extremely busy and independent investigations for clients have taken up the majority of the year so far. Clients have come to us with issues of bullying, harassment, fraud, and capability issues around long Covid
